The Review aims to achieve, a quicker, more accessible and efficient planning process in order to build investor and community confidence in the system.
The review will focus on 6 key issues.
Development planning;
Housing delivery;
Planning for infrastructure;
Further improvements to development management;
Leadership, resourcing and skills; and
Community engagement.
The Panel would now like to invite written evidence from all interested parties. The closing date for written evidence is 1 December 2015.
