Our web site at www.windfarmaction.co.uk is partly information portal and partly campaigning web site. We support individuals who are objecting to wind farms near where they live and send objections to all W/F’s in the old county of Wigtownshire (West D&G). We have been operational since Sept 2010 and much of our time is spent lobbying and undertaking theoretical research on various wind farm issues. We are particularly interested in noise. We also respond to Marine Scotland’s off-shore wind plans for the Solway Firth. A 15 page response to the Sept 2013 consultation is available.
