Any update from yesterday?

The Sheriff asked John Campbell QC, Counsel to the Milnes’ a number of questions to clarify matters. Ex Cllr Albert Howie was not in court again. Hopeful of a good outcome for Andrew and Rosemary.

Thank you. Was any date set for the Sheriff to give his judgement? Will that be done in court? Surprised the local press haven’t picked up on any of it

No the judgement will be sent to the pursuers and defenders’ legal teams. If it is considered to be in the public interest then it will be published on the court website. We are in contact with the Milnes and will publish anything which their legal team allows. No definite date buy usually 4-6 weeks.
