The Inquiry into the Community Windpower Ltd appeal against the Enforcement Notice issued by East Ayrshire Council in relation to the Sneddon Law Windfarm gets underway on Tuesday 24 April at 10am in the Fenwick Hotel, near Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire.

The Reporter considers that, given the nature of this inquiry, it is necessary for evidence to be given on oath. This is due to the fact that the issues in dispute are matters of fact rather than opinion and it is these matters of fact that are key to the determination of this appeal. So that witnesses are on an equal footing, all witnesses will be put on oath.
