The Inquiry into the Enforcement Notice Appeal issued by East Ayrshire Council against Sneddon Law Windfarm will resume tomorrow starting at 9am in the Fenwick Hotel. Dr Rachel Connor will be the first of the third party objectors to give evidence and be cross examined.
