Just supposing that every household in Scotland paid about £350 to
subsidise wind farms.
And supposing also that the wind farm companies exported all that
electricity and sold it on the open market. Scotland gets almost nothing
back, and the price of electricity continues to go up.
Would that be a climate change emergency or just an old-fashioned scandal.
