Reminder to everyone interested in watching the Rothes III/Clash Gour wind farm inquiry.
The inquiry into the proposed Rothes III development has been conjoined with that for the proposed Clash Gour windfarm (WIN-300-4). The conjoined inquiry is due to commence on 1 September 2020 at the Osprey Arena at the Macdonald Hotels in Aviemore. The inquiry will be webcast live at the DPEA webcasting site: https://dpea.public-i.tv/core/portal/home. To minimise risk arising from the coronavirus pandemic, the inquiry will not be open to the general public. The draft inquiry programme is now available. A list of documents parties intend to refer to at the inquiry is also available. If any member of the public wishes to come in person to watch the inquiry, they should apply to the reporters through the case officer before the commencement of the inquiry stating their reason why they should be allowed to attend in person. While the reporters will take account of all representations already made in respect of the proposed development in making their report to Ministers, members of the public may make a further written statement no later than 17 September 2020 to the reporters through the case officer concerning matters raised in evidence at the inquiry.
