The last DPEA Stakeholders’ Meeting took place remotely on 31 July 2020 with SAS being represented by Aileen Jackson and Rachel Connor.  https://scotlandagainstspin.org/2020/07/dpea-stakeholders-meeting-31-july-2020-agenda/

Rachel requested that DPEA issue improved guidance to explain the appeal process and Aileen asked that help be provided for remote communities with inadequate broadband who are struggling to participate in the planning/appeal process during the pandemic.

Aileen’s request for help will take a little longer but today we received a Draft of the Guidance document request by Rachel (attached below).  We would welcome comments from our members to pass to DPEA.  Is it easy to understand; is there anything else you would like to see included or explained in more detail?  Please let us know by 17 December.
