Today sees the start of the long awaited Cotton Farm noise nuisance court case in Cambridgeshire Magistrates Court between Keith Holl and Greencoat UK Wind Ltd.
The Prosecutor, Mr Keith Holl has lived in his own house in the village of Graveley for 20 or more years. The defendant, Greencoat plc, is an investment company that owns windfarms. CFWF has eight turbines arrayed in two lines.
The Holl family has been beset by noise difficulties since the windfarm started to operate in 2013.
We wish them all the best for a successful outcome.
