Wind Farm comprising up to 7 turbines and ancillary infrastructure, including battery energy storage system (approx.20MW) with an overall generating capacity exceeding 50 MW
The generating capacity of the wind turbines is expected to be 47.6 megawatts (MW)
(subject to final wind turbine procurement). There will be a further 20 MW associated with the proposed battery energy
storage system (BESS) therefore the Proposed Development will have a generating capacity of 67.6 MW. The Proposed
Development is located in The Highland Council local authority area and is located in Caithness in the Scottish
