List of Reporters recommendations which were not accepted by Ministers

At the last meeting of the DPEA Stakeholders’ Forum of which SAS is a member, the DPEA was asked to provide case details where Ministers, in making the final decision in a case, had gone against the reporters’ recommendation. List attached below for info.
The attached covers decisions made since 1 January 2019.
