Wildcat group appeals against wind farm ruling – BBC

A conservation group has announced it is appealing against a court ruling that failed to halt plans for a new wind farm in Aberdeenshire.
Wildcat Haven challenged the Scottish government’s decision to approve Vattenfall’s Clashindarroch II project at a judicial review in January.
The group argued that Scottish ministers failed to follow correct legal tests.
