Scotland Approves Iberdrola Wind Farm, Rejects RWE Project/Bloomberg

The Scottish government gave the go-ahead for Iberdrola SA (IBE)’s 22-turbine Ewe Hill wind farm while rejecting another proposed project by RWE AG.
