I see no reason for taxpayers to continue subsidising wind farms to run in tandem with nuclear or gas one moment longer, when their capital cost is twice as expensive as the other two, and while at the same time they are today’s most inefficient and unreliable forms of energy production in existence.
The UK and Europe are going to be left behind while the rest of the world gets a life !
