CAMPAIGN group The Coastal Regeneration Alliance has described East Lothian Council’s response to growing concerns over fledgling plans for a giant energy park at Cockenzie as “disappointing”, amid claims that more than 50 per cent of residents in communities directly affected by the issue are opposed to the park.
