Stirling-based Natural Power is to showcase its new drilling rig at the European Wind Energy Association exhibition next week in Paris.

The portable, state-of-the-art rig, which is the most recent addition to strengthen the Natural Power fleet, has been specially customised, in line with British health and safety standards, to be lighter, stronger and even more suited to accomplishing high quality work in diverse locations around the world.

With Europe’s industry leaders and policymakers attending, the event provides an opportunity for the wind energy sector to meet with decision-makers and define the strategic direction for wind energy activities in Europe.

This year’s event is taking place just two weeks before world leaders are due to meet in Paris for the UN climate negotiations.
