After a defeat for the withdrawal of subsidies in the House of Lords, the UK Energy Bill returned to the Commons for its second reading on Monday 18th January. The debate on the bill starts at 16.29.59 and confirmation that early closure of subsidies will be reinstated can be heard at 16.46.30.
