CONSENT GRANTED BY THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS TO VARY CONDITION 13 AND ANNEX 3 OF THE FIFE ENERGY PARK OFFSHORE DEMONSTRATION WIND TURBINE SECTION 36 CONSENT UNDER SECTION 36C(1) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 (VARIATION OF SECTION 36 CONSENTS) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ELECTRICITY GENERATING STATIONS (APPLICATIONS FOR VARIATION OF CONSENT) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013.
