THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT OF PLANS AND PROGRAMMES REGULATIONS 2004
OFFSHORE ENERGY STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT

The Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) is conducting a
Strategic Environmental Assessment of a draft plan/programme to enable
future renewable leasing for offshore wind, wave and tidal devices and
licensing/leasing for seaward oil and gas rounds, hydrocarbon and carbon
dioxide gas storage.

A copy of the Environmental Report of the assessment of the DECC’s draft
plan/programme will be available on the
https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/ website. A copy may also be
inspected between 10am and 4pm on business days at the Department of Energy
and Climate Change, 4th Floor, Atholl House, 86-88 Guild Street, Aberdeen
AB11 6AR until close of business on 29th of April 2016.

A CD of the Environmental Report may be requested by e-mail or letter to
the SEA Co-ordinator at the DECC address below. Please mark your request
“Copy of OESEA3 Environmental Report”.

Should you wish to comment on the Environmental Report or the draft
plan/programme please send your feedback by close of business on the 29th
of April 2016 marked “OESEA3 Consultation” via e-mail or by letter
addressed to: Offshore Energy SEA 3 Consultation The Department of Energy
