Attached is a response from the Low Carbon Contracts Company to an FOI request regarding Contracts for Difference (CFD). SAS has received permission to publish the letter in the hope it will remind others to ensure that any windfarm developer with a CFD is actually providing concrete evidence of reaching the required milestones.
