The Scottish Affairs Select Committee and Parliament’s Outreach Service invite you to a public evidence session in Edinburgh on Thursday 9 June 2016.

The Committee will be finding out how power companies, Ofgem and National Grid work together to meet the needs of Scottish electricity customers, and enable the growth of Scotland’s renewable sector. The Scottish Government has also been invited to tell the Committee how it is supporting the move to a low carbon economy.

This session is part of the Scottish Affairs Committee’s inquiry into the renewable energy sector in Scotland. The full programme for the meeting will be confirmed shortly and announced on the Committee’s website.

This is the Committee’s penultimate session for this inquiry, ahead of hearing from UK Ministers on Tuesday 14 June.

We hope you can make it.

Best,
Scottish Affairs Committee
