It is a year this month since the epic Inquiry where Dr Rachel Connor was cross examined for five hours on the contamination of private and public water supplies surrounding the Whitelee site and the Reporters have still not finished writing their Report. With new Ministers still finding their feet, it may take them a while to get to grips with it when it does eventually land on their desk. Maybe Christmas then!
