JHplanning and the Improvement Service are running an event on elements of planning law in Edinburgh, 3 November. As we await the Scottish Government’s response to the Planning Review and the inevitable changes in legislation and regulation that will follow, this event looks at some of the key legal issues facing Scottish planning authorities.
