Sneddon Law Windfarm Hearing (adjacent to Whitelee)

The Hearing Sessions  for four appeals by Community Windpower Limited against decisions by East Ayrshire Council not to
approve matters specified in conditions will take place in the Fenwick Hotel, week commencing 31st October.   The appeals are:
PPA-190-2053: discharge of Condition 15 (CEMP)
PPA-190-2054: discharge of Condition 36 (Private Water Supplies)
PPA-190-2055: discharge of Condition 41 (Borrow Pits)
PPA-190-2058: discharge of Condition 11 (Financial Bond)

Dr Rachel Connor will take part in the Hearing Sessions as an individual and also represent her local community as Chair of Moscow and Waterside Community Council.

The Hearings are open to the public and a number of SAS members will be attending to offer support.
