Dear Supporters,

Another Xmas is racing its way towards us and many of you will be preoccupied with cooking, shopping, school plays and the many other activities that come to the fore at this time of year. However, if you have any time at all, we would like to ask a small favour of you to support one of our most fearless and active campaigners.

The deadline for submitting comments to the DPEA to support Dr Rachel Connor and her Community Council is fast approaching – 21 December – and are asking for your help in submitting your comments to the DPEA. You can use the summary written by Dr Connor but if you could use your own words or change the order of things, that would be much appreciated.

(For Dr Connor’s summary, see the following on the SAS website – https://scotlandagainstspin.org/2016/11/sneddon-law-windfarm-water-supplies-and-rights-of-representation-request-for-help-from-dr-rachel-connor/

Many have already written in and their comments can be viewed on the DPEA website, case reference no. PPA-190-2058  http://www.dpea.scotland.gov.uk/CaseDetails.aspx?id=117448

The case officer works part-time so please do not be concerned if it takes a few days for your comments to appear.

The Hearing dates have been changed from the 9/10 January to 11/12 January but the venue has not yet been confirmed. This information should be available on the website shortly so please keep checking or ask the case officer to keep you notified.

Our Season’s greetings and grateful thanks to you all!

Merry Xmas from the SAS team
Graham, Aileen, Linda, James and Sarah
