The Planning Committee of North Ayrshire Council met yesterday and agreed to refuse the Variation of planning condition no. 1 on planning permission N/14/00164/PPM to extend the operational time period of the National Offshore Wind Turbine Testing Facility until 14th October 2019.
However, this application is already the subject of an appeal to the Department of Planning and Environmental Appeals due to failure of the Council to give a decision. Case papers can be accessed on the link below.
