The postponed inquiry session on noise effects will now be held on Tuesday 19 November 2019 within the main hall at Edinvillie Community Hall, Edinvillie, Moray, AB38 9NN. The session is expected to last 3 days. Members of the public are welcome to attend the inquiry sessions to observe proceedings.
