Notice is hereby given that RES Limited (“the Company”) has been refused consent by Scottish Ministers to construct and operate 15 wind turbines with a maximum height of up to 149.9 metres blade to tip on land approximately 2.5 kilometres east of Tayinloan, on the Killean Estate in Kintyre, Argyll, within the planning authority area of Argyll and Bute Council
