A quick update from the Noise Conference Organisers below.
Aileen Jackson https://scotlandagainstspin.org/…/successful-noise…/ and Rosemary Milne https://scotlandagainstspin.org/…/stuartfield-couple…/ will be representing SAS at this year’s conference and talking about the problems associated with living near noisy turbines.
What’s new in wind turbine noise
This year we have a lot of new material. Just as an example there are several papers dealing with aeroacoustics of larger blades. We also have new work on the perception of tones.
We have accepted 46 abstracts and you can download a list from the website.
Registration is open. Go to the conference webpage to find out more about it and to register as a delegate.
See you in May.
