Reporter’s conclusion: However I have identified conflict between the proposal and the need to protect the residential visual amenity of residents of Boghead. Accordingly I conclude that there is tension between the proposal and policy 18 and policy RE1 of the recently adopted local development plan and its related supplementary planning guidance.
