The Claimants in the Bald Hills windfarm nuisance case in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia have been successful after a three week trial in securing an injunction against the Bald Hills windfarm, and in obtaining an award of damages and aggravated damages for the noise nuisance held to exist. Operation of the judgement has been stayed to allow the parties to agree interest on the damages and costs, which were awarded to the Claimants. Consideration will be given to an appeal.
