  • Copenhagen Offshore Partners has set out its plans for a floating wind farm off Dounreay
  • The proposals include a substation and underground cables onshore
  • The site would be near the Dounreay nuclear power complex and HMS Vulcan, a Ministry of Defence facility
  • Highland councillors will be told of the plans at a meeting next week
