Developer Low Carbon has plans to build High Brenfield Wind Farm on Brenfield Hill west of Ardrishaig, near Inverneill.
The company previously met with Ardrishaig Community Council following a first round of public exhibitions in November last year and is now preparing for a second round of exhibitions next month.
The scoping exercise, as it was called, led to vociferous opposition from many in the Inverneill community because of the turbines potential proximity to the homes, while others felt there could be benefits to having a community fund.
The public exhibitions will take place on Wednesday October 23 in Ardrishaig North Hall and Thursday October 24 in Lochgilphead Baptist Church Hall from 3pm-7pm.
