AN energy firm has revealed plans for a 27-turbine wind farm on moorland in two Ross-shire estates.
Coriolis Energy, with development partner ESB, will be consulting on proposals for Glasa Wind Farm, located within the Strathvaich and Kildermorie Estates, some 20 km north-west of Dingwall.
Initial assessments suggest the site could support a wind farm with a generating capacity of up to 189MW. The turbines would be 250m to blade tip height.  https://www.ross-shirejournal.co.uk/news/wind-farm-bid-for-ross-shire-estate-revealed-377500/?fbclid=IwY2xjawJJT3ZleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHRREIdYEgFPzy045bCHUFwRwmvpIfoPLL6wIdepEkXEDe57UXZdlfg6wWA_aem_j9FRITugF6s5SH9M_8l4Qg
