Wull Muir Judicial Review

News just in that Raeshaw Farms Ltd in the Scottish Borders has appealed the consent of the Wull Muir WF to the Court of Session
The Raeshaw Estate previously financially supported Heriot CC in a successful Judicial Review against Gilston Hill WF.
The appeal was on the procedural grounds that the Reporter failed for a number of reasons to fully address the issues arising from the appeal in the proper manner. The details of the case be read here
