We write to communicate the very welcome news that the Judicial Review into the Strath Oykel Wind Farm decision has resulted in a round one win and that the Scottish Government and the developer Energiekontor have conceded ‘without prejudice to their future positions’. The decision has been quashed and remitted back to Scottish Ministers who will reconsider the matter. This means that those of us who have opposed the development are not yet out of the woods, but we should be very pleased nonetheless! We wait for more details to emerge in the coming days, but meantime we THANK YOU ALL for your support and hope you will continue to step with us in resisting the industrialization of the Kyle and its headwaters.
