First Minister John Swinney will take inspiration from one of the SNP’s most famous political slogans when he launches a new campaign aimed at convincing Scots that independence will reduce their electricity bills by a third.
The First Minister will use a speech in Glasgow today to declare “It’s Scotland’s energy” as he sets out a paper on how the country could benefit from taking full control over its natural resources.
