Good debate, although the Chamber was nearly empty again. Contributions from Finlay Carson who secured the debate, Emma Harper, Tim Eagle, Carol Mochan, Christine Graham, Brian Whittle, Douglas Lumsden and of course Gillian Martin! Some were better than others. Bit of a stooshie at the end between Douglas Lumsden and Gillian Martin over the ECU’s new way of submitting representations. (Apparently we can still submit them via email as long as it is from your own verified email address!). Could have done with much more time and more speakers.
