Glenouther started life as the Harelaw REP which was refused by Scottish Ministers in 2013. This is a third attempt at getting approval. They were too big according to Fergus Ewing at 120m so they are much too big now at 200m despite the fact the numbers have been signficantly reduced. The tallest Whitelee turbines on the other side of the M77 are only 140m. https://glenouther.vestaswindprojects.com/public-exhibition/
