This could potentially affect Scotland we are told as the Planning & Infrastructure Act affected us. The Electricity Act, used for OHL and Onshore WF is a UK act and affects Scotland.

We’ll have to wait and see. Nothing definite yet.
Chancellor Rachel Reeves is drawing up reforms to give parliament the power to insulate essential energy and infrastructure projects from court challenges. The government is expected to put forward plans to keep the projects safe from judicial review.  https://www.cityam.com/reeves-to-protect-energy-and-infrastructure-projects-from-court-challenges/?fbclid=IwY2xjawR69uZleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBzcnRjBmFwcF9pZBAyMjIwMzkxNzg4MjAwODkyAAEeWBu_ElIxU6oa_DuMjkn4wmgg9EuIWUSlMS_01JaRsMNqxgaIGx4tAkuo9DM_aem_xlGj9Uv4xtpALLipwZ0ZeQ
UPDATE at 14.53: Direct Impact on Reserved Projects: For large-scale energy projects that fall under reserved UK powers (such as offshore wind farms, cross-border grid connections, and nuclear power), the UK Parliament’s new Critical National Importance (CNI) designation will restrict legal challenges on all but human rights grounds. This prevents legal delays for vital infrastructure crossing into or affecting Scotland.
Devolved Onshore Planning: Planning permission for onshore energy projects (such as onshore wind and solar) is a devolved matter managed by the Scottish Government. While the UK and Scottish governments have agreed to collaborate on streamlining electricity consents to meet net-zero targets, these specific UK Parliamentary limits on judicial reviews do not automatically override Scottish planning law unless formally integrated.
