Rogart Community Council has submitted a written complaint to the local authority in relation to alleged breaches of planning conditions by Energiekontor, developers of the Lairg II Wind Farm.
It is claimed that Energiekontor has failed to liaise with the community over the wind farm as required under sections 13 and 14 of the planning award for the development.
Community council chairperson Frank Roach said: “Energiekontor have not engaged with the community over the construction of Lairg II Wind Farm. They are not even prepared to share their plans for the management of over 100 abnormal loads through the village.
