Paul is appealing the decision of the Lord Ordinary to dismiss the appeal.

“I have just received answers from Scottish Ministers and SP Transmission to GWP’s grounds of appeal.

I have included GWP’s grounds of appeal as a reference.

The next step is for Counsel to draft a Note of Argument and ancillary documents for lodging by 30 June.
