Some of you may remember the Heads of Planning Scotland, Position Statement and the survey of all local authorities undertaken by SAS which was covered in our Newsletter article in 2015 (attached below).

We have been awaiting an update to the Position Statement which was originally promised in April but have received news today that it has been held up and won’t be available for some time yet.
