We have just been notified that the meeting agenda for the Citizen Participation and Public Petitions Committee meeting on Wednesday 1 September has now been agreed and includes consideration of Scotland Against Spin petition PE1864: Increase the ability of communities to influence planning decisions for onshore windfarms.  https://scotlandagainstspin.org/2021/08/petition-submissions-available-for-viewing/
The Convener has decided that, initially, the Committee will consider the petition without taking oral evidence from SAS, although it may be the case that they agree to do so at a later date. We are alerting the three MSPs who wish to speak to the Committee in support of the Petition. You may wish to watch the meeting online at Parliament TV.
The agenda for the meeting will be available on the Committee’s website on Monday 30 August. The agenda will show all the business for this meeting and the order in which the Committee will consider the petitions.
