SAS was informed yesterday at the DPEA Stakeholders’ Forum that they now have a customer survey form on their website but they have only received 20 responses. We offered to publicise it on our website and FB page. It is aimed at anyone who has taken part in a DPEA case and it only takes about 5 minutes to complete. Please try to find the time to give your views as it could make a difference.
