Our thanks to Stephen Lucking for his latest stats on constraint payments.
 
I attach two documents setting out the latest data on this issue. One is a spreadsheet and the other a short word document.
Obviously the figures vary with wind speeds but when these are low and
constraint payments drop (which is good!) there is of course not much
energy from turbines (which is bad!).
I call it a “Loss Loss Situation”
