I attach two more spreadsheets. They represent the position on
S36 applications and scoping response as at 31st December although the
application on Scawd Law (which was lodged just before Xmas) wasn’t
available to view until early this year. although I don’t normally keep
earlier versions after they have been amended I think I shall do so in
order that we can compare the current figures from those at the end of 2023.
I wondered if the 48MW scheme at Scawd Law (which originally had
capacity over 50MW from its turbines) still qualifies as a S36 scheme
just because there is a proposal for 12MW of battery storage putting it
over 50MW. Does anyone know of any battery storage schemes that have
been constructed let alone are operating?
