The International Conferences on Wind Turbine Noise website has just been updated. You can now download all proceedings up to 2017 free of charge. Proceedings from 2019 onwards cost £55.00
Note that, even for a free set of proceedings, you must first select the Conference you are interested in https://www.windturbinenoise.eu/content/conferences/ then click on “Get access to conference proceedings” (on the right hand side of the page) and fill in your details. You will then be given two numbers to access the proceedings (these details will be emailed to you)..
