A note from Paul Swift about his appeal.
The “Grounds of Appeal” has been lodged today with the court. (See attached below)
This will be expanded upon more fully in the Note of Argument due on 30 June and ahead of the procedural hearing on 14 July (if a procedural hearing is required).
Fund raising to date has raised £15,000 which is about half of what we will require to be able to use the services of James Findlay K.C. for the whole procedure.
Payments to date have been:
(a) £3,600 to James Findlay’s for his initial opinion
(b) £5,000 to R & R Urquhart, Solicitors
