A quick summary of what happened at the petition committee meeting today.
The committee unanimously agreed to call the Climate Action and Energy Minister (Gillian Martin) for questioning by the committee and others. The Convenor thinks this will be a very long session. Having spoken with MSPs after the meeting they believe this will happen relatively soon and will hopefully be followed by a full blown debate in the Chamber. They are already lining up to question the Minister!
Many thanks to the Committee and all the MSPs who supported us as well as our members who made the journey.It was a very early start this morning to get there on time but definitely worth the effort.
